We all remember how early on in his career on TV Danny Collins, much to Kent Walton's disapproval, was given a right hiding by the older, heavier and more experienced Fit Finlay.
Some may also remember how Danny worked his way back, putting up good fights against Finlay in another ITV match, on the Mick McManus tape and on Reslo uintil in 1989 he took Finlay's British Heavy -Middleweight title.
13 years later in Croydon at All Star's 2012 Fan Appreciation night, grizzled veteran Dirty Dan Collins took his revenge and handed out a right bruising to Finlay's son David Jnr.
Six months later in Germany, it was Xmas 2012 and Finlay's retirement and the stage was set for the settling of the score - Finlay accompanied not by Paula nor Hornswoggle but by Junior (like Pallo before him) tagging up in an Irish Street Fight (?) against the once upon a time squeaky clean pair of Dan(ny Boy) Collins and Robbie Brookside (the Wildcat was already a MASSIVE heel in Germany) ...
They had some excellent matches
