A Sensitive Issue

Yes, it's a sensitive issue but one that was raised by one of our most valued contributors years ago.

Today we have learned of the death of a Heritage contributor in 2017. We assumed he had just given his best and lost interest. Sadly, that was not the case and we could not say goodbye to our friend Ray Noble.
