The late Alan Dennison died in the dressing room for his final wrestling match at Southport,Merseyside in June 1984 at the age of 52 years of heart-attack and his great feuds against the infamous Jim Breaks on World of Sport ITV.
The Great Contest against the immortal Les Kellett at Gravesend Kent when Dennison sent to the dressing room after two public warnings by referee Joe D'Orazio and The MC Charlie Fisher in 1975 and year later in 1976 from heel to the blue eye and he kept to the rules all the time and he won the all wrestling bouts and he is kind man from villian to the clean cut strongman from Denholme Yorkshire.
The Great memories of the late Alan Dennison,The Original Strongman of Professional Wrestling ITV Sport.

His bout against The Dynamite Kid in 1976 at Lincoln was the tuning point. The last time I saw Dennison as a rule bender was about that time at Walthamstow, against the great Bert Royal, and both men were disqualified after Royal really lost his temper at Dennison's dirty tactics.
