Funny that you should bring Bob MacNab up. He was (not sure if the same Bob MacNab) my very first opponent in my wrestling career in 1962, was billed from Kirkaldy in Scotland, but actually came from Manchester. He trained at the Grant Foderingham gym there, but your guy was wrestling long before that, although in 1962 he would have been around 40.
There’s a record somewhere of my late great friend Gerry Hoggarth v Bob McNab.
Pat Meehan had a fairly useful career as a professional wrestler also.
