I was reading the A-Z for Bob Kirkwood ,(who I know nothing about), trying to make some sense of Anglo's "after my time" Heritage quiz entry, when I saw Mick Mc Manus as the Dulwich Destroyer.
I don't think it matters, I think all we can do is report the facts. That Mick's place of origin, or perhaps simply residence, should have varied slightly over the years just reflects the facts. Or rather the fiction, since he lived in neither place - he lived at Denmark Hill. We would do a disservice to erase one or the other.
After all, in Ron's new gallery today from Hanley, we see Vic Hesselle billed from Vienna.
