Never say die, Anglo. There is quite a bit about Giacomo. (See a few samples below) Other Guglielmettis (yes, a couple of different spellings) pop up on the internet, including Savino a three times Olympian gymnast (2x gold medals), Amelia a novelist (died in 1941) and more recently an Italian kickboxer Federico, (a relation) ? Gia. also took part in some Swiss tournaments in the early 50s. So, we’ve seen his demeanour on the Tube, we know a little of his travels and examples of opponents. Now we just need Ron to tell us Giacomo’s mum and dads’ names and we’re sweet!😂 And I trust you’ll follow up on the Federico lead?

I think you have shared the first proper signs of Italian bills and located the important venue, the Milan Ice Rink.
Looks like German style, with a small pool of wrestlers appearing over several days. I'm located nearer to the venue than yourself, but your googling is more effective than mine - I can't find anything else.
They're all names we know, looks like there was indeed quite a network allowing international work to French, Italian, German and British wrestlers. No sign of British wrestlers on these Milan bills, though.
