In these sadly different times it's good to have a laugh the meeting of Leon Arras and Gorgeous Gilbert is available on YouTube complete with Kent Walton and a fiesty Farnworthian jumping the ring.Incidently isn't Gilbert uncannily like Colonel Brody in an earlier guise

"That woman" was, of course, Hylda Baker who I used to love. I saw her live at the place where I saw so many wrestling greats, The Gaiety Theatre, Rhyl. She appeared with her friend Cynthia ("Be soon I say....be soon) as a guest star in the summer season revue "The Lonnie Donegan Show". I remember her TV series with Charles Hawtrey, "Best of Friends", which also featured former boxer Freddie Mills. Almost every episode someone would ask her the time and she'd say, "It's quarter past." then sigh and add, "I must get a second hand put on this watch."
That was Arras at his very very best. Even running arround with that women riding on his back with Arras placing on the ripes with no harm done any harm at all, Absolutely Brilliant Arras as usual. Not any wrestling done, but one the funniest things i have seen for yonks. Thanks for that Ron,
Kind regards. Ian
AS you say Paul a great laugh , Arras personified in fact. Wonderful stuff.
