Hi All,
Jim Noice was my Grandfather and you are correct he did have links with Athol Oakley and ran the Noiman gym in Southampton.
I believe he was a Judo champion but under which governing body I am not sure. I will try and dig out further information if it’s of any interest!
According to the papers Jim Noice ran the gym in Southampton with wrestler Philo Vance , info on him also needed for A-Z.
