Jim was on the very first live bill that I saw at St James Hall back in 1963 when he beat Brian Trevors 2-0. I was to see him on countless occasions after that either as a solo wrestler or in partnership with brother bill as a formidable tag team. Always reliable and a good wrestler to watch; RIP Jim.
Saw the Rawlings Brothers in one of my first visits to St James as a very small boy, St James regulars like their dad before them. They must have impressed me because they were my favourite tag team for a few years despite the lack of TV exposure. RIP Jim

Jim was at it the year I was born.
