I'd like to take this opportunity to both say a few words about our fallen comrade Adrian "Lionheart" McCallum, and also thank everyone on the Heritage site for their kind comments regards both the Great Man and also the Wrestlers Re-Union Scotland. As a former grappler myself and now as Organising Secretary of the Scottish Re-Union. I had occasion to meet up with Adrian several times over the last few years. He was, as has already been stated here a wonderfully gifted performer and a fantastic human being. Coming back from serious injury as he did, was no mean feat, and that achievement cannot be understated. He was generous in the ring and even more giving outside it, when it came to charity etc. In short he was a very, very special person and we have all lost someone who can never be replaced. I was very fortunate to have known him and I'm so glad we honoured him last year at our Awards Ceremony in August 2018. An entry into "The Hall of Fame" does not seem quite enough now at this sad time, but I'm so, so glad we did it then, given were we are now. We will be observing a short celebration of his life (gone at 36 year young) at this years Re-Union in Ayr on Sunday 15th September. At which time those assembled will be participating in a minutes silence to reflect on our personal assocation with Adrian. I pray "The Lord of the Ring" has taken "Lionheart" under his wing, God Bless and keep you Brother. RIP Dale Storm x
