Having lost Dynamite & Davey Boy to Canada's Stampede and Steve Wright to Austria/Germany a few years earlier i'm glad we never lost Marty to another land.
He wrestled in Stampede as Marty Jones, Martin Jones and occasionally as an Australian (maybe with The Sheepherders in triple tag?) according to Bret Hart.

Marty did very well wrestling in Mexico too.

Ritter was the JYD, yes. Duke Kono would be better known as Siva (or Sivi) Afi.
Jones appears to have been in Stampede from February through April of '79, usually wrestling against Bret or Bruce Hart.
this has got to have happened from the Hart boys coming to the UK to work for Joint, I believe Big Daddy Ritter found fame as Junkyard Dog.
Yes Bill just a few more. Not sure if it was a big trip or took in any more territories but certainly Feb/Mar 1979.
