By the time Mick and Jackie went at it on TV they had met dozens of times. WE assume in the beggining , run of the mill quality, but suspect eventually it became a well oiled act. Were the TV matches the pinnacle , maybe only because millions saw these. But here evidence that they had a splendid working of the crowd going. It seems Mick was not always the man they loved to hate.
