I watched the film and felt that for me the lengthy "shoot" interview Adrian did a few years ago was much more informative - especially as that interview deals at length with his British years. I can understand why Adrian wanted to make a film for a much wider audience, people other than British wrestling fans. What I found disappointing was that many of the contributors had probably not seen Adrian wrestle live (especially in the UK). What I found moving was the close relationship between Adrian and Linda as well as the lovely things his sister and his son said about him. I have read all of Adrian's books (and was mentioned in one of them). I first saw Adrian wrestle at Liverpool Stadium in 1978. He is a truly good man and a brilliant wrestler. We can't blame him for making a film that doesn't exactly suit our interests but will get much wider attention.
just watched it on Amazon Prime. it is not free, costs £3.99 to rent. lets be honest it is basically talking heads. thought his son and sister came across well. Tony Skarlo looks in better nick than Adrian. for obvious reasons no video on British wrestling
the woman who made hopes to use it as a show reel reel get more commissions. more excitement in Bert Royal and his dad's age match

If they were going to produce a documentary about him, why not dig into the ITV archives and get some footage of him? I know it exists.
I'll watch this when I get the chance, having read all of Adrian Street's books, I can't imagine there is much new to tell, but who knows.

Zero interest in a new Adrian Street documentary, yet 32 replies to a Bert Royal love fest. Your all bonkers! Bonkers I tell you ...😎
