Not wrestling related, but important, I think. During my stay in England, I used to live and work there in my early twenties, I was lucky to attend a fantastic performance by some phenomenal actors at the Shakespeare's Globe in London, based on a play The Tragedy of Richard the Third by Wm Shakespeare. The last Plantagenet King was a colorful individual. Even charming in his very own unique way. He truly was.
"10th ANNIVERSARY 26th March 2015 - King Richard reburied On 26th March 2015, King Richard was reburied in Leicester Cathedral in a service led by the Archbishop of Canterbury, and in the presence of TRH The Countess of Wessex (now Duchess of Edinburgh) and the Duke and Duchess of Gloucester. A poem, written for the occasion by Carol Ann Duffy, the Poet Laureate, was read at the service by the actor Benedict Cumberbatch, a distant relative of the King."

What makes Crookback Dick even more special historical figure is that he was the last English person to ever held the ultimate "belt" the one decorated with heraldic crosses and lilies.
"The crown was commissioned and paid for by the historian Dr John Ashdown-Hill who helped identify the king's remains. Amanda Thomas from Tewkesbury Abbey said: "It's gold with sapphires, diamonds, garnets, studded with jewels, a lovely piece."
Wrestling is one of the few sports appearing in any of Shakespeare's plays. In Act 1 Scene 2 OF As You Like It Le Beau "I would have told you of good wrestling which you have lost sight of".Could be referring to Joint Promotions in the late seventies!

Sometimes silence is perceived as safe. It seems to go with dictatorships.
Fortunately on this forum we don't have to be silent and can have a good open discussion.
I am fascinated by your interest in Richard III, Ruslan. Richard was much maligned by Shakespeare, who had to write in a way that put the Tudors in a good light, and Henry Tudor was Richard's adversary. Shakespeare's Henry VIII was subtitled "All is True" but is considered fancifully over the top and sycophantic to the Tudors; and considered one of his lesser works. But he was successful in creating the image of Richard the Third as an out and out heel.
Crookback Dick had nephews two
Younger than me, older than you.
Crookback Dick he longed for power
So he smothered his nephews in the Tower.
Nobody dared to say a word and Crookback Dick
Became Richard the Third.
