BOLTON recently!
This Venue was My First Hall I Visited after starting to Attend Live Shows at BELLE VUE as a
Teenager in the Mid 1960's!-I had to get 4!!!! Buses to get there and Back Home!
The Shows here were always Good and I was still going into the Early '70's!
Below I'm Sharing Some of My BOLTON Posters of the Time which-Format-wise-followed the
Style of WRYTON Posters across The Territory!
To Start off-here I'm Holding a Great Bill Topped by a Tag Clash between THE ROYALS-The
Local Lads-and another Good Team of the Day The WHITE EAGLES!
The COUNT-a Great Favourite in This Hall-here too!
Main Bout was always Blocked in Heavier Inks!!

Main Mask no mention of Wryton Belt in the 60s?
Names like Hard-Boiled Haggetty, Skull Murphy and Haystacks were "borrowed" after the 1967 publication of A The Pictorial History of Wrestling.
Ah, these are great, thanks for sharing MM! I really like the individual look they had in the 60s. I saw some Wryton Stadium posters for sale recently, but didn't get a bid in. I don't really need more posters, to be honest. So sharing them means a lot.
