Dear Friends, few years ago here I started a thread on some amateur champion belt from Lancashire won by certain British top caliber competitors such as Herbert Hall and Albert Aspen. At that time I didn't have any info about that particular belt. Bu recently I found this interesting newspaper report from 1963. If anyone remembers this PROFFIT BELT tourney, please let me know. Maybe Eddie Rose (Caldwell) does...?!
