Who was the ref you liked best,and who was the one you disliked?

Gordon Smith was a total gentleman and Ernest Baldwin and Ron Johnson were old school and knew the game inside out. I may not have been entirely enamored by one of the names on Ian's list but I couldn't fault his refereeing.
