Hi all Re onfollowing the BLACK DIAMONDS write up recently especialy against The Royals ,could anyone tell me when the royals had there first bout as the royals. The first one i can find was at TROWELL Dec. 10th. 1963. Could someone find any earlier dates please .

September 28th 1963 - Vic and Bert as "The Royals" beat Alan Colbeck and Ivan Penzekoff.
That is the earliest I have seen so far.
