Can anyone tell me about the Scottish Champion and challenger (?) named above. They don’t seem to be on our A-Z?
Just checked on Google, with the following finds:
Renny Wright mentioned as a Lightweight champion of Scotland in 1953
Johnnny Maxwell had a bout against Bernhard Murry in Falkirk in 1951
It would seem that they were at their heights early/late 50's.
Maybe Dale Storm knows more about these two?
