I drove past the old Granada in Tooting this morning, I never saw the wrestling there but I am aware of the history and I've been inside this beautiful building many times for other reasons. Its still standing pretty much the same as the day it was built but sadly the marble steeps and entrance at the front is now home to a sea of homeless people with their blankets and their possessions in carrier bags while people look the other way. My heart goes out to each and every one of them. This country has lost its soul (London is the pits nowdays) and the good ole days we grew up in are long gone just like the glory days of wrestling.
