Remember a few years back and we had big problems with the site. Our web hosts made changes that meant pages were messed up, links didn't work and images were lost. It took us a couple of years to get things sorted and that was one of the reasons we split into two sites so we would not rely on one host. The other reason was the site had got too big for what we were willing to pay.
Well. the hosts of wrestlingheritage.co.uk tell us that due to a change of ownership the website will again be transferred.
The pages are now simpler, the .co.uk site does not require passwords and we are in a better place to face up to whatever happens. We have the confidence of Donald Trump.
No timetable for the change has been announced but we are as confident as we can be that all will be well.
One thing they tell us is that a forum will no longer will be included on their sites. That's not a problem because we don't use their forum. You might remember we had big problems with their forum and so moved to the new Talk Wrestling Forum, hosted elsewhere.
Since then the forum has remained hidden. We have removed many pages to free up space. At some point soon it seems they will do this in a more effective way!
So, we are giving you a last opportunity to have a look and remove any pages you wish. If we've already deleted them all we can do is say sorry.
