I'm struggling with this one but there must be some wrestlers who specialised in tags.To hazard a guess maybe Peter Cortez and Iggy Borg but I'm probably wrong.
Possibly Thundercloud and Whitecloud who worked primarily as tag specialists for both Joint and independents.Never actually saw them in singles bouts but others may have.
I now see you're asking for tag specialists rather than exclisively tagsters. I couldn't come up with an exclusive.
I suppose we could quantify it: I'd say Eric Cutler appeared 98% in tag. Inasmuch as his career seemed only to last during the lifetime of the Black Diamonds.
So Bailey and Conlon were near exclusive as The Artful Dodgers but had had long careers beforehand in singles.
Similarly, Big Daddy ended up exclusively in tag.
So Eric is my Number One, surpassed only, perhaps, by Los Halcones Doros.
So long ago it tricks us all. 50 years or more. I think Cutler was passing on his experience if you look at these. You must have been at one of these shows.
Not "real" wrestler but George Gillette only did tag matches,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,with Kendo

The only one I can think of is Jon Lapaque. Whereas Pete had a few singles encounters, I don't recall Jon having any.
I don't know about only did tag bouts, but try Bill Pye and John L Hagger.
Both in the excellent A-Z also mentioned as The Stompers tag team.

I'm unable to answer your question, but I saw both Peter Cortez and Iggy Borg in solo action.
