Mike Whiplash (Mike Gilbert) has the plates from Rocco's old World HMid belt glued onto a new piece of leather by 1992-2002 Champion Chic Cullen just before he vacated the belt.Mike won it in 2009 and last defended in 2012.I talked to him on FB in 2021, Mike said he was planning to give it back to All Star, I said better if he dropped it in the ring to a new young Champion.
