So pleased to see the photo of Pete Lindberg on front page of the Newsletter. Stockport born Pete was a mainstay of north western wrestling UK in 60s and 70s. A good technical wrestler, Pete was very strong too. Along with Ian Wilson and myself Jack Atherton promoted us as the Diables Rouges (Red Devils) tag team around his venues and on to Wryton and Joint Promotions and then to the independent circuits. A solid technical wrestler with a dash of the unexpected! Eddie Rose (Manchester).
