A lot has been said and written about this most controversial match in American pro wrestling history. Here I would like to share with you my friends various newspapers reports which combined together will tell a reader the story of that epic match between the two legends of the mat game: JOE 'THE SCISSORS' STECHER & JOHN 'THE FINN' OLIN. That memorable wrestling match happened in Springfield, MA on December 12th, 1916.

I prefer not to give here my personal opinion regarding this match, and instead leave it for each and every one of you to decide it for yourself.
