Aaron Stone intrigued me because he was included in The Who's Who of Wrestling. Alan Garfield wasn't.
Mainly touted as the next big hope by Dales but they certainly didn't tolerate no shows but to twice be billed and replaced was odd, perhaps he didn't like Salfordians.Still he did well anyway reliably informed now owns half of Rochester including the Casino.
Could this have been a no show , there seems a big gap between this and a few 1971 shows.
Total mystery who this guy was.
Not a name to really make it to Lancashire, though I did come across an advert in Liverpool. My only memory is reading about him in the Wrestler, they gave him a full page in January 1971. Kent & Sussex Observer of 23rd October, 1970, reported that on 19th Aaron Stone drew with Alan Serjeant. That may be one of yours Paul, or one to add. Other newspaper adverts, but you say there were frequent no shows. I also read some newspaper articles of his business interests.
