If something could go wrong, it would, but against all odds the end result was another very enjoyable day out at the British Wrestlers Reunion. Covid travel hesitation, appalling weather, the non-arrival of the ordered P.A. system, and the serious illness of the host was not an ideal backdrop. But organiser Ken Sowden came up trumps, and M.C. Lee Bamber was the hero of the hour as he calmly made the announcements and kept proceeedings moving along without any means of amplification.
In the end though it was a Reunion like any other. Wrestlers, officials, fans gathered together remembering the old days. And what a good time we had.
Many thanks to Ken, Lee and all those who made it such a great day.

Thank you Hack, it was great to see you and MM and of course everyone else that came down to see us last Sunday. You mentioned above the difficulties we encountered and we had to do the best we could with what we had, as they say 'the show must go on' and it did. I am delighted with the positive feedback that we have received and the numerous offers of help for the future and they are all very much appreciated. Lee Bamber did a sterling job and that is why he is the best MC in the business. All in all everyone had a good time and that is the most important thing.
