Champions as in Title holders, or champion/great pro. wrestlers? Billy Robinson's back drop over the knee. Gwyn Davie's had a 'suspension' hold which looked wicked. I believe Tabor's backhanded slash was superior to Two Rivers chop. Best of the lot, Julien Maurice's swinging back-breaker which I never saw any other wrestler use. However when they were young I used the move on both my brother and son. (So that was nice).
More or less the same move with a different name
There is a similarity between the crossface chicken wing and the gator.
The Indestructible Skull Murphy’s famous Gaiter hold.
Bob Backlund's crossface chicken wing
Timmy Geohagan Flynn’s sleeper hold.
Geoff Portz used the aeroplane & slam on many occasions.
Billy Robinson and Karl Gotch used the spectacular suplex and bridge. Francis Sullivan finished many a bout with the dropkick.
Jackie Pallo’s sit on double arm back breaker. Crippling apparently.
Kendo Nagasaki...............The Kamikaze Crash
Bert Assiratti's boston crab won many a submission, often 2 in one match.
The Brummagen Bump from Pat Roach could be quite effective
Brian Maxine’s single leg Boston.
Rikki Starr’s aeroplane spin with body slam. Josef Kovacs’ reverse spin and drop.
George Kidd’s surfboard.
Zoltan’s 3-in-1, but they best application of it I saw was Abe Ginsburg on Pat Curry. It’s on YouTube. Special mention to Skull’s “Gator”.
Steve Grey's surfboard was a copy of George Kidd's reverse surfboard, which I saw in the early 1950's.
Bernard Murray gained many falls with his victory roll.
Abdul the Turk used a backbreaker over the knee.
And The Ghoul used what the reports called the Guillotine Garotte.
Steve Grey’s surfboard submission hold.
Rocky Wall's flying headbutt.
obviously Andy Robin's powerlock, and Jimmy Breaks straight arm lift.

I'm not sure favourite is the right word Robert, but Andy Robin's powerlock, the Two Rivers chop and Ricky Starr aeroplane spin come first to mind.
