Thanks Hack, I can easily explain this inconvenience with the newspaper's location. The thing is BritishNewspaperArchive didn't upload Manchester Guardian yet. And I downloaded this article from one of the many American digitized papers sites. Those who digitized it know that currently its a London based paper, so they simply put Guardian, London, they did it without checking since when it became a London newspaper.
