Jarvis Astaire, R.I.P.

I've just read that Jarvis Astaire, the pioneer of Viewsport, boxing and wrestling promoter, Managing Director of Hurst Park and a Director of Dale Martins died on 21st August, 2021. Scarborough promoter Don Robinson said, “Jarvis Astaire is one of the hardest, but one of the most honest and friendliest of men I have ever met....Jarvis Astaire changed my life. He’s a fantastic man.”
