A message from Andy Scott.
Just to let you know that I have started a petition to get my great uncle Chick Knight a plaque on Hammersmith Bridge for his double lifesaving rescue in the Thames in 1930, when Chick jumped off
the Bridge to save two people from drowning, rescuing them one at a time.
After 90 years, myself and the Knight family feel its well overdue, especially as after this it meant he was a triple lifesaver, a feat that I cannot say I know of any other sports personality who has this to their name?
Please sign if you can, it would be much appreciated.
This is on my Twitter feed, and I will be sharing it to Facebook as well.
Thanks again.
Stay Safe and have a good weekend.
Kind Regards,
Andy Scott

Watching an ancient film-Jumping For Joy on Talking Pictures earlier this week, I noticed a wrestling poster which featured as the main contest a bout between Achmed The Turk and Chick Knight. I wonder who won?
I for one have just signed up.
119 signatures now. Just how many wrestlers have received public recognition? Have you signed yet?

Eighty one signatures in the first 24 hours. That's a good start. But with the numbers that look at this forum each day, which is in the hundreds, there's room for a lot more growth. Sign the petition
