The only exception I would make to David's list is The Monster and The Ghoul. Bates had both retired and died by the time they teamed up, making him unlikely. The Monster and Ghoul team were Jim Green and Bill Coverdale.
I believe that both Bob and Dave served as White Angels at some stage, but although I've never heard Ray's name mentioned as one such, it wouldn't surprise me if he
had worn the bonnet, given his closeness to Al Hayes.
A recent one - not sure if The Masked Skulls ever actually wrestled a tag bout but they were a masked tag team in Rumble last year who would tend to wrestle singles bouts and then switch over when the one in the ring was in serious trouble and so snatch cheap victory from the jaws of defeat.
But i am trying to find out the real names of The Masked Skulls , and no one has told me who they are / were

I suggest you write to Steve Barker of Rumble promotions. I'm sure he will be EXTREMELY helpful!

Anyone Brian Dixon could rope in that night circa 1995! Definitely both Liverpool Lads had a go - Simon Garfield mentions in his book Brookside opening up his bag and there being a red Ranger outfit in there - "I tell you, I was the Power Ranger last week" he sighed.
They were mostly good workers with a hint of "Jap Lucha" not unlike Keichi Yamada as Jushn Liger (let'sface it, there was a lot of Lucha influence on the Power Ranger toy franchise anyway! ) and it appealed to the kids (until the same legal firm the WWF used tipped off Mattel Toys about it and they injuncted.) but it was seen as a sign of All Star's golden era with Kendo at the helm being over as Dixon had ofen done this sort of thing back in the early/ mid 80s eg the Ghostbuster played by Frank Casey. On some of his last non-WWF-tribute BWF shows around the turn of the millenium Orig Williams featured a heel Power Ranger who was old and bitter about how the whole craze had passed by and he was now passé.
Promoter Jack Atherton created Les Diables Rouges, a masked pairing of Pete Lindberg and myself (Eddie Rose) and we worked mainly on his shows and Wryton Promotions at the start of the partnership. Because of injury to Pete, Ian (Mad Dog) Wilson was drafted into the team to replace him. After several years the name was anglicised to The Red Devils and they then worked mainly for the Independent promoters including Orig Williams and Brian Dixon. They had a succesful career which lasted for some 20 years.
They were undefeated except for disqualifications and opponents included the Royals, The Borgs, The Cadman Brothers, The Yokshire Terriers, the Bryden Brothers from Ayr and many other well known teams from both Joint Promotions and the Independent promoters..
You cannot begin to know how fascinated and frustrated I was in 1971 by that great Les Diables Rouges photo in The Wrestler; and realising even then that I had little chance of ever seeing them. They were French and there was no reason whatsoever to think otherwise. I may have been frustrated then, but all things considered, I was probably happier about it all.

*Kendo Nagasaki and The Mad Axeman
*The Masked Crusaders, one of whom was Phil Rowe, defeated and unmasked by Daddy at the Royal Albert Hall, as pictured in the 1983 Big Daddy Annual
*WWWF World Tag Team Champions Captain Lou Albano's Masked Executioners' (Wladek Kowalski & John Minton)'s match at Shea Stadium vs Billy White Wolf and Chief Jay Strongbow somehow made it onto the Ali vs Inoki 1976 edition of World Of Sport at the very last minute.

A bout that was themed around World War II and the British battle against the Axis Powers, but in fact pitted an Englishman and a Scot against another Englishman and another Scot.

Another tag team Bil King Kendo Clarke was involved in was with Barcud Du (Tony "El Diablo" Francis)
That’s great going, Tex. How many of those on your lists are British? I’m guessing well over half are Mexicans. Seems like most wrestlers are masked there!
I have several who are British , and a lot of Mexicans , and everyone else in between. All together , i have about 9000 names from all over the world .
I remember big daddy entering the ring in Oldham after the masked marauders had beaten another team and the bigger marauder was a lot bigger than scrubber daly.

I 've been wanting to see the Masked Marauders versus Colin Bennett & Eddie Riley match since 1983. Please someone kindly upload it.
Maruader Minor was Lucky Gordon for his two TV matches and then Black Jack Mulligan for the revival of the gimmick in late '83/ early '84. Steve Fury claims that Marauder Minor was always Mulligan and has shouted abuse at me in the past for claiming otherwise. He claimed to have checked all three of Daly, Gordon and Mulligan although Daly/Mal Hardiman has denied this and said to me on FB that it was Gordon.

There was another unrelated Masked Marauder some time around the turn of the 80s to 90s.
Multiple Undertakers tag teams - Johnanthan and Nathanthiel on the indies in the 1970s (?) Undertaker Doom And Undertaker Gloom played by Father and Son Crazy Dave Adams and Johnny Adams aka Johnny Angel in 1993 - Big Daddy's last ever opponents.
Be thankful we are not in Mexico. The list would be never ending
Just a few thoughts on this.
Seems to me there had been no masked tag in the 1950's.
Was not sure if Paul Lincoln or Max Crabtree might have dreamed up the first.
But thus far I cannot see the idea being used before Max Crabtree did this
Can't prove , but suspect the team was Brian Glover and Jack Land.
Can anyone get back to 1961 or before.
Yes to James.
A splendid list David.
Los Vaqueros - Carlos Moll and Manuel Polman.
The only exception I would make to David's list is The Monster and The Ghoul. Bates had both retired and died by the time they teamed up, making him unlikely. The Monster and Ghoul team were Jim Green and Bill Coverdale.
Wasn't Bob Kirkwood a tag White Angel and possibly Ray Hunter and Dave Larson alternating ?
Can someone make a list of the masked tag teams and who they were ?

Also Los Vaquiros.

We've forgotten Los Halcones Dorados, Les Diables Rouges and Masked Barons.
Find out who they are here
The Monster and The Ghoul were a regular team around our end, but not sure if they were a frequent pairing.
The Borstal Boys had a great gimmick but didn't do many matches together. Sadly one of them still wants to keep their hidentity hidden.
Paul Lincolns White Angels of course.
How many on your own list, Te66x?
Kung Fu & Nagasaki Kendo had a good little run.
Nagasaki and The Outlaw too.
And Nagasaki with Ct Bartelli for a good few bouts.
Looks like Naggers was the kiss of death.
The Masked Marauders (before David Mantel beats me to it!)
The Undertakers
White phantoms (Gypsy Joe Smith & Bobby Burns) 1968/69.
