U.K. based Masked Tag Teams were something of a Rarity in the '50's-'60's-'70's-
even rarer to have one last awhile and run up quite a Winning Sequence!
The Mysterious Team of THE WHITE ANGELS-did just this in the mid 1960's-
notching up 57 Victories in under 3 months!!
Who were this 'Exotic' Team-They were certainly 2 very accomplished Wrestlers!
Side Staking themselves for £150.00 a tidy sum in those days-they put their money
down to back up their Challenge to all other Tag Teams!
Did Anyone see them in Action?
WhIch was the Best Masked Team YOU ever saw??

I smiled when I came across this advert from 1966. The White Angels "Unbeaten in 37 contests." Now there's a level of precision we aren't accustomed to.
The White Angels were Bob Kirkwood and Alfred Hayes.

I remember reading that L’Ange Blanc, had success wrestling in France. Did Bob Kirkwood ever tag with Wayne Bridges?
Well I've not heard of that combination Graham, but Lincoln used his small roster of wrestlers so creatively that I wouldn't be surprised.

In my records , The Masked White Angels were Bob Kirkwood and Francisco " Pino " Farina .
You're right and wrong te666x.
Farina wrestled and was unmasked in the UK as L'Ange Blanc in 1962. He worked for Joint Promotions.
The UK version of the White Angels were a Paul Lincoln creation. Bob Kikwood was one of Paul Lincoln's White Angels. But Kirkwood and Farina did not work together as White Angels.

Once saw a masked team called the Barons. They were pretty good.
The masked tag team I enjoyed the most were The Underatkers.
Meanwhile, at the other end of the spectrum are the good guys themselves, courtesy of Main Mask.
I saw The White Angels at the East Ham Granada I can't even remember who their opponents were Paul Lincoln was the promoter. I can't remember them being anything special. Paul Lincoln was fond of using masked wrestlers and may well have got a couple of wrestlers to wear the masks.
