from Our Rings!-This Man had held the BRITISH MIDDLEWEIGHT Title for some Years
having 'Relieved' BERT ROYAL of the Belt-but the went on to Lose his Title to a More
'Flamboyant' Character!!-This Wrestler had also Enjoyed a Spell of 3 or so Years without
being Pinned by an Opponent!!
And soon he was going to go an Unbeaten Run for another 2 Years but in a DIFFERENT
Guise Totally!
Enter The MASKED EXORCIST!-A Sinister and Strange Ring Persona whose main
Wrestling 'Skill' seemed to be Operating a HAND-CLAW Move on the Necks and Shoulders of Adversaries-which often Resulted in Submissions or the Rendition of the 'Sleeper'!!
This First 'Version' of The EXORCIST Turned into a Good Draw and his Ring Craft was a
Million Miles away from his Alter-Ego beneath the MASK-So No-One would surely have
had an 'Inkling' to his True Identity!-Quite Clever really!!

My memory is rather different, Main Mask. I recall that they specifically did put him on tv at that time, against Majid Ackra, maskless as Clayton Thomson. This nicely to throw fans off the scent.

You say that now Adrian. But we didn't know it at the time. We had no Wrestler magazine by then. As always we relied on the information (putting it kindly provided to us) by the promoters. If Clayton did disappear we wouldn't have known.
