Anyway, Wrestling overseas today, Judo Pete Roberts, defeated Yoshiaki Fujiwara, in Kumamoto, Japan, on this day in 1977.

Tony Zale working at Derby for Frank Woodhouse unusually under his actual name. The 1986 Hanley bill is a good one. I'm sure we would have appreciated the Bartelli match for its significance but it could well have been the most disappointing of the night. Forty seven years of wrestling is an incredible achievement.
