Here's one from 1971. Southport's Floral Hall had some splendid bills. This may well have been I went along to, but to be honest I don't remember - everyone else's memories amazes me. Bartelli and Wall was a big match at the time with the Commonwealth belt floating between them. The rest of the bill looks good to me too.
Apart from the wrestling for those of us who had home town shows in the winter there was something special about going to wrestling in daylight, and the Floral Hall let daylight in. It was hardly dark when the show was over. And then there was the fish and chips.
