A top class wrestler and a genuine good lad. I wrestled him on several occasions and he was as good a person out of the ring as he was masterful in it. RIP Peter. EddieRose (Manchester)
I used to think Tally Ho Kaye was up there with Breaks, Rocco, McManus etc in the mid 70s on TV wrestling. Great interactions with the crowd and loved it when he blew his hunting horn when they were announcing the opponents. Showmanship aside he always did the business and often displayed great ability sometimes with an array of unorthodox holds that showed he really did know the job.I have seen he used to tag with Rocco occasionally, but they would have made a great permanent combination.
Peter Kaye was a great "villain", really knew how to work the crowd, and I am sure I read that he was a genuine wrestler, who could hold his own, on the mat, in training, or (if needs be), in the ring.
Saxon ,Peter was very much capable, excellent trainer. Recall a bout at drill hall silver well st Bolton, cracking bout clash of heads plenty of blood we got more reaction than top of the bill.Peter was the ultimate professional sadly that approach was misused in having him in ludicrous gimmick matches that would have been in the norm in the dying days of all in. I prefer to remember the Peter who's skill was enhanced by his showmanship
I am very sad to hear the news that Peter 'Tally-Ho' Kaye seems to have passed away. I love watching his old bouts. As mentioned below a few days ago by Peter, his daughter-in-law Dana K posted on this forum in April 2024, during a conversation we were having about him, that she was 'just reading your comments which has put a lovely smile on his face'. If Peter was in his last days, it is very nice that this website has enabled us to let him know how much we enjoyed watching him in his wrestling days. RIP Peter Kaye.

If true that is sad. One of my favourite villains, who really could wrestle. R.I.P. Peter Kaye.
At Easter 2024 his daughter in law Dana K confirmed he was still alive in a post on this forum.
Must have happened later in the year
Bkendo1 posted it a few days ago, but unsure of the time. Sometimes last year he thought.
