Well I'd hand over my money. Certainly sounds better than Dick Conlon v Leon Fortuna or Terry Nylands v Alan Colbeck..
Gagne, Vachone and Steamboat were the wrestlers I read about in the American magazines of the mid 60s which arrived in our newsagents weeks after publication. The American wrestling always sounded so much more colourful than what we were watching here. Sounds like a great top of the bill - in those days we would all be behind Billy and naive enough to think he was in with a chance.
Gagne and Robinson would be a huge draw for any British wrestling fan.

Both the Steamboats were value for money, if miles apart in style. Robinson and Gagne top amateurs and pros. But of course you know that Anglo!
I'd have forked out my bucks to see Maivia .... but not the rest.
