Anyone any ideas who was on this bill at the Royal Albert Hall?
The Breaks/Faulkner match was the final Wednesday evening broadcast from ITV
Everyone who appeared on this show got one of these plaques, this is Joe D'Orazios who was one of the referees on the night.
Never mind the wrestling. This must have been a momentous occasion for all involved, like Joe.
We have neglected HRH the Duke of Kent on here.
What can anyone say about him?
Apart from public engagements he has pursued a military career. He is now 86 and still appears regularly at state events
WHOA! £5.00 & £3.00 for a ticket in 1977 was a bit expensive to say the least. Think my poor old dad would have said keep your eyes on the poster son coz you won't get your a*se on the seats!
Thanks Anglo, your probably right with your comment.
Don't encourage him.
Here you go, Al:
Four good'uns, but Marino still pushing himself, and McManus punished to stay late in a silly tag (also weight-wise) and driverless.
For a major spectacular it lacked something: a proper foreigner, a proper masked man, comedy ...
