Dear Friends, in 1966 Syed Saif Shah of Pakistan won the Wryton KO Tourney at Victoria Hall (Hanley, Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire) and reportedly was awarded a trophy (whether it was a belt or cup still remains unknown). I would highly appreciate any info on this matter. Thanks to everyone for their attention and feedbacks.

Some very good wrestlers in the tournament
Syed Saif Shah was a very talented wrestler. But his charisma was lacking and I don't recall him ever really shining. I do remember him going over to the independents around 1970 and bringing a bit of class to their bills. I watched him in an early Dixon show against Bartelli that was a good bout. Winning this tournament was no push at all for Syed Saif Shah (no disrespect to him) but does show how insignificant this tournament was.
Hi Ruslan, I forgot to mention the photo on the left is from well before 1966.
