Maybe…. Campbell and Purvey were seen as ‘real’ known persons (to some) and the names Hindel, Miller, Rogers and Limes were figments of a script writers’ imagination?
I wonder if any wrestling follower started up fan clubs for Bill, Sid, Ted or Ken.
M.M. may even have pictures of them? The investigation begins.

Point remains: Campbell publicised his real name; Chic did not; could not?
Strange Chic Purvey isn't shown on the poster as he was seen wrestling in the episode. Probably would have cost more to name him!
