I think info on the programme isn't quite accurate. There's a good chance it was 1960 KO. By the way reference to Hunter winning a silver trophy appeared even in the 63 programmes. But I am convinced it was at Belle Vue. Any KOs at BV in 1960, gentlemen?
I would have thought Dale Martin could indeed have been the world's largest promoter in 1960.
Depends on the criteria, and who on earth can know the size of Mexican, French, Japanese and other promotions. But with twenty shows nightly, surely a possibility.
all good, still there's ONE question remained - where in Britain in 1960 R. Hunter won "Harringay Tourney" defeating Drapp in the final? The trophy itself is no doubts THE BELLE VUE TROPHY held by many great wrestlers in the 60s. To the best of my knowledge the BV Cup was run by Wryton Promotions.
Harringay Arena closed late 1958. The last wrestling show, a Dale Martin Promotion, that I can dind was in April. There may have been a few more because the last boxing show was on 28th October. I can't see any events of any sort in December. If you look in your BNA Ruslan you will find quite a few references to the closed Harringay in January, 1959 newspapers.
These Dale Martin references to the Royal Albert Hall and Harringay continued into 1961, when the Arena was long gone.
They were famous venues and simply used by Dale Martin for status in their marketing. The show advertised was at Streatham Baths.
What's interesting is that in October 1958 Harringay Arena was sold and became a warehouse that stored groceries. So did they re-open it at some point? Seems odd that in 1960 Dale Martin would be referencing it, unless they were simply using an old template for this advertisement.

We've discussed this before and decided on 1957.
My feeling is the event was held November 20th, 1957 at Harringay. I only have a lineup but it looks like a loaded show.

Weren't they good at marketing then?

Looks to me like the promoter called it the "Harringay tournament", but held at Streatham baths.
Were Dale Martin "The world's largest wrestling organisation" in 1960? hardly likely either.
It's promoter's speak, Ruslan, don't believe all you see.
