Which reformed 'heel' really did not suit being a clean babyface?

It came in handy for the World title loss to Kendo where he had a large chunk of the audience (craftily positioned right opposite the hard-cam) opposing him.

So not him and probably not Bill Clarke, the other Red Devil we know about. If it's just a Red Devil from Rent-A-Masked-Man I can't see the audience siding with him against Kendo somehow.

Just had a check through Kendo's faecbook page. Also there was a poster from 1969 of him wrestling a Red Devil on Facebook. This could have been a very ancient Charlie Glover although it was far too early for Bill Clarke's RD from that Daddy tag in '82, but I have a hard time seeing even Kendo getting an audience to sympathise with a generic felllow masked man with a name like Red Devil. So I expect he was a blue-eye for that one too.

Kendo was a ringside judge in a British Heavyweight Championship match pitting champ Oliver Grey (Joel Redman) against ex champ Nisa The Maori Warrior at the Floral Hall in New Brighton on Sunday night (23rd Oct). When Nisa tried to grab the belt to use as a weapon, Kendo (81 next month) wouldn't let him have it and drove him off with his powers.
