I don't know if this is shown in the UK - it's a series of "behind the scenes" documentaries on various people and incidents, and no punches are pulled. A new series begins in March, and includes episodes on Chris Adams and Chris Colt.....

Awful news here this evening that Windham Rotunda AKA Bray Wyatt died suddenly earlier today at just 36. He had been off-screen for several months: it's now been reported that he had contracted Covid, which exacerbated a heart issue, although he was reportedly recovering and his death has come as a total shock. He was, of course, a third generation wrestler being the son of Mike Rotunda and grandson of Blackjack Mulligan. Terrible week for the business.

The industry on both sides of the Atlantic continues to take punishment in 2023 with news today of the passing of longtime Memphis promoter Jerry Jarrett, father of Jeff, at age 80. This will be a MAJOR story here over the coming days.

It’s being reported over here that Lanny Poffo, younger brother of Randy “Macho Man” Savage has taken his final count. All-round shock at this one as he hadn’t been reported as having any health issues and indeed, had carried out a “virtual signing” just last week. The industry on both sides of the Atlantic has, sadly, been taking a beating in 2023 thus far.

As this film gets mentioned here from time to time, it was interesting that an e-mail from the British Film Institute graced my Inbox yesterday announcing that they are now selling it on DVD/Blu Ray.

I've mentioned on here before how Pete Roberts seemed to get around in terms of where he was billed from: Brierley Hill, Birmingham, Worcester, Camberwell and latterly Chatham. This week's Newsletter presented a 1966 bill with him going against Gordon Corbett and being billed out of.....Cardiff? Was there anyone else who got billed from so many different places?
